A Family Tradition
The Pho and Baguette story started long before our opening in 2015. Prior to migrating to the United States, the elders of the family owned and operated a traditional Vietnamese restaurant in their native country of Vietnam. The family tradition of providing fresh Vietnamese cuisine was passed down to the next generation with the opening of Pho and Baguette. The seniors of the family are still involved in the family business passing on their traditional recipes and work ethics.
